This was one of the first logo designs I had created after moving to Los Angeles. I had built plenty of logos in the past. After making the big move to pursue a career in film, I shifted my design clientele toward entertainment-based companies and Spotlight was one of the first.
Years later, I still enjoy the juxtaposition of the two font styles: a fancy, "old" Hollywood on top and a modern font at the bottom.
